In the event of actual or threatening weather conditions before or during any Park Bench Athletics Tournaments, the following policies are in place:
- If the tournament is canceled prior to any games being played, each team will receive a 50% refund (we will always work with you for a future tournament).
- If a team withdraws due to weather concerns, and the tournament is still held, there will be no refund.
- Once the tournament begins, it is considered an active tournament in its entirety.
